Our staff is 30 Vietnamese and 10 Japanese. Students study Japanese from Monday to Saturday. One term is three months. We have many classes. Most students study Japanese for one or two years. There are two important test. One is elementary level and another medium. If students pass the medium one, they finish the school.

We teach Japanese by cooperating Vietnamese and Japanese teachers. Vietnamese teachers exclusively teach grammar and comprehension. Japanese teaches speaking and hearing. We teach Kanji"Chinese character" very much, so students of Dong Du are good at reading and writing Japanese. Most of Japanese school in Vietnam teaches Japanese through Vietnamese or English, but Dong Du teaches Japanese directly, that is , we do not use Vietnamese or English , only Japanese. All Vietnamese teachers are former students of Dong Du. Some of them have been to Japan to study Japanese. 70% of them are females and also 70 % of Japanese staff are females.
